Southland Auto Outlook for December 2015

Southland dealers ended December with a 26 percent increase in sales, resulting in 21,000 more sales and capping off an 18 percent increase for the year. Three percent of all cars sold in the us are to L.A. county customers, for a total of 521,310 cars. The big market share movers for the year were Kia, which picked up .8 percent, and Chevrolet, which gained .7 percent. The Light Trucks category added two points and now represents almost 37 percent of all vehicles sold in the Southland.
